lime, juiced and zested

loosely packed cilantro

jalapeño, trimmed

tablespoon
maple syrup

extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Blend the ingredients:
Place the juice from both limes and zest from 1 lime in a food processor. Add the cilantro, jalapeño, and maple syrup. Pulse until finely minced.
Add the extra virgin olive oil:
Slowly add the extra virgin olive oil and pulse continuously until completely emulsified. Taste and season with salt and pepper.
To serve:
Tranfser to an airtight mason jar and refrigerate until needed. Shake or whisk before to serving. Enjoy!
