Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl and stir to combine.
Refrigerate the oats:
Transfer the oat to the refrigerator for at least one hour or overnight.
To serve:
Stir the mixture before serving. Spoon the oats into bowls. If you like creamier oats, add a splash of oat milk before serving. Finish with more walnuts or pecans and a sprinkle of cinnamon on top if you like. Enjoy!
